  • Contact Information: names of responsible persons, email, phone.

  • Banking / Payment Information: bank account details, invoicing details, payment method.

  • Products / Catalog Information: product names, descriptions, prices, inventory.

  • Usage & Analytics: your store performance data, logs, interactions with the platform.

  • Communications: messages with Prime Basket, customer reviews, feedback.


2. How We Use Vendor Information

  • To set up and manage your vendor account.

  • To display your products, fulfill orders, process payments, refunds.

  • To communicate with you (updates, policies, support).

  • To analyze performance, sales, help you improve offerings.

  • To comply with tax, regulatory, accounting, payment obligations.

  • For internal auditing, risk management, fraud prevention.


3. Sharing Vendor Data

We may share vendor data with:

  • Buyers / Users, to the extent needed (product info, shipping status).

  • Logistics / Fulfillment Partners, where you authorize or as needed by orders.

  • Payment processors / banks for payouts.
